1. Scope of Services

AP Home Solutions provides professional renovation and construction services, including:

 

  • Kitchen renovations

  • Bathroom renovations

  • Basement finishing and remodeling

  • Full home renovations

 

Services may include design consultation, layout planning, construction, finishing, and permit management where applicable.

 

AP Home Solutions reserves the right to limit or modify services depending on project feasibility, materials, or regulatory requirements.

2. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

 

  • Providing accurate project information and details

  • Allowing access to the property for scheduled work

  • Approving designs, materials, and project plans in a timely manner

  • Ensuring any third-party approvals (e.g., condo boards, landlords) are obtained if applicable

 

Delays caused by clients may impact project timelines and costs.

3. Pricing and Payment Terms

  • Quotes provided by AP Home Solutions are based on initial consultation and information provided by the client.

  • A deposit is required to secure the project start date. The deposit amount will be confirmed in the project proposal.

  • Remaining balances are due according to the agreed project schedule or milestones.

  • Additional work outside the original scope will incur extra charges and will require client approval.

  • Late payments may incur interest or suspension of work until resolved.

4. Project Timeline

  • Estimated start and completion dates are provided in the project proposal.

  • AP Home Solutions will make every effort to adhere to timelines but is not liable for delays caused by factors outside our control, including weather, supply chain issues, or client-caused delays.

5. Changes and Modification

  • Clients may request changes to the project scope at any time.

  • Changes must be documented in writing and may affect project costs and timelines.

  • AP Home Solutions will provide updated estimates for approval before proceeding with any changes.

6. Liability and Warranties

  • AP Home Solutions performs all work with professional care and workmanship.

  • Materials used are subject to manufacturer warranties.

  • AP Home Solutions is not liable for damage caused by client actions, misuse, or unauthorized third-party work.

  • Liability for any claims is limited to the total project cost.

7. Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • Clients may cancel a project at any time. Cancellation fees may apply depending on the work completed at the time of cancellation.

  • Deposits may be non-refundable if work has commenced or materials have been ordered.

  • Refunds will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.

8. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes arising from these terms or projects undertaken by AP Home Solutions will be resolved under Ontario law.
